    A short prep checklist arrives by email so the athlete shows up ready. Reminders go out 48 hours and 2 hours before the session.

  3. Arrive and Check In

    Show up at the venue, check in with the Statellite team, and run through a short warm-up before testing begins.

  4. Run the Testing Battery

    Standardized speed, power, and strength testing with professional laser timing equipment. Coaches can observe but not interfere with results.

  5. Receive Results and Report

    NOVA scores generate within 24 hours. The full report and verified profile are delivered to each athlete and the head coach by email and in-platform.

Athlete data is some of the most sensitive information a family can share. Here is exactly how Statellite protects it.

Parental Consent Required for Every Minor

For any athlete under 18, a parent or guardian must complete a consent form before testing data is recorded. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

No Profile Until Consent Is Returned

A Statellite profile is only created after the consent form is signed and returned. Until then, no NOVA score, no report, and no athlete record exists.

Protected Like a Student Record

All athlete data is handled to the same privacy standards used for academic records, with DPAs available for institutional contracts and strict access controls inside the platform.

The Athlete Owns the Data

Athletes and their families can export or delete their data at any time. Their record is theirs to keep, share, or remove on their terms.
