Children's privacy

Statellite is designed with minor athletes in mind. This disclosure describes how we comply with COPPA and related state laws, including the parent consent flow for under-13 accounts and the default privacy protections for ages 13–17.

Under 13

Under-13 accounts cannot self-register. A parent or guardian must create the account and provide verifiable consent before any data is collected.

Ages 13–17

Ages 13–17 default to the most restrictive settings: marketing opt-in, discoverability, and external sharing are all off.

Parent controls

Parents and guardians can review, update, or revoke consent at any time. Revocation propagates to halt new data collection and purges eligible historical data on request.
