Requirements
- Track record of shipping products coaches or operators actually adopted.
- Ability to turn vague goals into scoped, testable, shippable increments.
- Strong frontend instincts in modern React and design systems.
- Comfort cutting scope in a PR review and saying so out loud.
What you'll do
- Partner with design and GTM to prototype, test, and ship features weekly.
- Run small, cross-disciplinary strike teams end-to-end.
- Keep the surface area small. Kill features that didn't earn their keep.
